Gallup has completed global research on companies that have implemented strengths-based management practices. They found that 90% of the groups studied had performance increases at or above the following ranges:
*The low end of the range is if you take the assessment only. The high end of the range is when leadership buys in and changes the work place to be a strengths-based organization (i.e. everyone in the organization takes the assessment; everyone gets coached; managers get a higher level of coaching; strengths-based conversations happen every day).
