Liftoff MN exists to bring greater equity to Minnesota by bringing more women and minorities into the skilled trades. Skilled trades combine short-term education (less than 2 years) with long-term financial gains.
Minnesota is a great place to live. According to a US News and World Report study we rank near the top of the nation in overall rankings. While this is true, we must acknowledge that we also have some of the greatest disparities between whites and people of color in the nation.
